I see you, because I’ve been you. I birthed three babies within three and a half years. My body and mind was at service to my children only for a long time. When I tried to reclaim my sanity and body, I tried it all: the diets, the intense cardio, the hacks - none ever left me feeling good. This program is a complete 8-week journey, thoughtfully designed to help you release body fat, restore your energy, and realign you with your internal GPS.

You’ll be guided through a clear, science-backed framework that combines powerful education, clear action steps, space to practice and integrate and compassionate accountability- both from me and our community. Each week builds on the last, helping you create meaningful shifts that lead to lasting, sustained change.

We focus on the most impactful areas of metabolic health: supporting balanced blood sugar, reducing inflammation, improving body composition, and building strong, age-defying muscle. But we don’t stop at food and fitness.

This is a whole-woman, whole-life approach.

We also explore the emotional connection to food, i.e. why we eat when we are not hungry and how to get a handle on unwanted eating behaviour.  We dive into nervous system regulation, restorative sleep, emotional resilience, hormone balance, and how a strong sense of purpose, awe and joy contribute to real, sustainable fat loss. It's about healing from the inside out, so your energy, new body and confidence become your new normal.
