I’M A BERLIN-BORN-CATAPULTED-TO-PORTUGAL HOLISTIC FAT LOSS COACH, AUTHOR, EDUCATOR, SEEKED-AFTER SPEAKER AND WEIGHT LOSS CHEERLEADER WITH BIG PLANS FOR YOU.

 

I'm very into: pancake Sundays, good weight loss science, and creating a body and life you don’t have to pretend to like. Cutting to the chase since 1985. 

I wasn't always this grounded in life: being at peace with my body, the habits, embracing my inner queen...

Just seven years ago, I was exhausted by motherhood and frustrated with my post-kids body. I thought I knew how to fix it, but eating less and doing more cardio only left me drained.

At 33, I picked up my first book on Metabolic Health (The Wahls Protocol), not knowing it would kickstart my journey into the mechanics and psychology of weight loss. That, along with Functional Medicine training, support systems, and real-world practice, helped me build a body—and mindset—I love. And now, I help others do the same.

UPON REFLECTION

I probably should have known that the woman who would order grilled veggies as her preferred hangover food would become a holistic weight loss coach someday...

AT THE MOMENT..

I’m probably sipping bone broth or listening to podcasts whilst walking by the ocean and talking to clients about ways they can get from their current bodies and lives to the ones they desire.
